L/C Procedure   (Irrevocable Non-transferrable LC 100% at Sight)
1. LOI to be send from Endbuyer.
2. Ascomine issues FCO
3. Buyer signs the FCO for acceptance.
4. Buyer sends ICPO.
5. Ascomine issues draft contract for Buyer review. + Supporting documents.
6. Seller/Buyer sign & seal contract with the respective banks.
7. Within 7 banking days, buyer sends, irrevocable, 100% at sight, Non-Transferrable L/C to Seller.
8. Within 4 working days, Seller issue 2% PB to the Buyer to activate L/C.
9. Documentary letter of Credit payable 100% at Sight against shipping documents. DLC shall be at each shipment, thereafter and negotiated immediately against each shipments.
10. Shipment commences as per agreed contract.
