Sichuan Science City Jiangtai Electronic Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiangtai Electronics") was founded in 1994 as a new high-tech enterprise mainly engaged in the development, production and marketing of auto parts, three-way catalytic convertor and electroacoustic products, covering the product categories such as automobile, household appliances, environmental protection, network equipment and others. Jiangtai Electronics is located in Mianyang City, Sichuan Province, covering an area over 150 mu, with workshop and office occupancy of over 40,000 m2. It currently has over 400 employees, including 11 people with high professional titles, 23 people with medium-grade professional titles, involving many disciplines such as automotive engineering, mechanics, electronics, electrical equipment, environment, chemical engineering, and with rich theoretical knowledge and practical experiences. As supported by China Academy of Engineering Physics, Tsinghua University, Southwest University of Science and Technology and other scientific research institutions, the company is able to independently perform research and development and undertake the experiment, trial production and mass production of exhaust purifier and engine fittings for all sorts of vehicles as well as television speaker, support, network television loudspeaker, air conditioner accessories, etc. The company is capable of producing 1 million three-way catalysts, 300,000 three-way catalytic converters and 15 million electrodynamic speakers each year. Jiangtai Electronics has been approved by ISO9001 Quality System and TS16949 Quality System. It provides three-way catalytic convertor and part of auto parts for Mianyang Power Xinchen, Shenyang Xinguang Huaxiang, Shenyang Xinguang Huachen, BAIC Motor, ZX Auto, Polarsun Automobile and other automakers. The company is also the main supplier of electrodynamic speaker for Changhong Electric Co., Ltd. and its ancillary products have been exempted from inspection by Changhong for consecutive years.
