With its headquarters in Chengdu, SCMCC (Sichuan Mingchuan Chengyu Co., Ltd.) is a large comprehensive enterprise that specializes in gas cylinder production and involves industry and trade industries.
SCMCC consists of two wholly-owned subsidiaries and three production plants. The plants now are qualified for design and manufacturing of Grade A pressure vessels e.g. B1, B2 and B3.
