However, we shall not be responsible for any consequential damages arising by the ownership or inappropriate use of the watch. Besides, please include with your watch, the completed warranty form together with your proof of purchase clearly stating the nature of the fault. This limited warranty is invalid if the defect is found to be caused by abuse or tampering with the watch.
