Shenzhen JPY Ion-Tech Co., Ltd. was founded in 1984 originally as Shenzhen Irradiation Center. It is a company providing customers with professional irradiation service.

The company has one processing plant in HQ and the other one under construction in Guangming. In HQ lays a Cobalt-60 Irradiator with design capacity of 148PBq (4 million curie), which is the largest one in China. The Guangming plant under construction has a 148PBq (4 million curie) Cobalt-60 irradiator and will complete in July 2007.

In 2002 Shanghai JPY Ion-Tech Co., Ltd. was established in Shanghai Qingpu Industrial Park with one 148PBq (4 million curie) Cobalt-60 irradiator, and run in 2003.

Through twenty years of development, Shenzhen JPY has become well-experienced in irradiation of medical devices, pharmaceutical, health care products, food, packaging materials, cosmetic, toys, polymer materials, crystal, and pearl. Shenzhen JPY has well cooperated with many manufacturers and customers around the world.

In accordance with the international standard, Shenzhen JPY has set up an efficient quality management system. The system passed ISO9001:2000, ISO13485:2003, EN552:1994+A1, and ISO11137, and acquired certificate issued by German TUV. The irradiation process is strictly supervised and controlled by the quality management system. The irradiation quality hereby is highly guaranteed.
