INTRODUCTION • Shenzhen Baike Garment Co. Ltd, established in 1996, is an enterprise specialized in underwear both manufacturing and research & development. Its factory is located in Dongguan city of Guangdong province in south China and takes up about 15000 square meters. There are more than 800 workers in the factory who are really skilled at both men’s and ladies underwears. And they are always bra, string, tai, tops sets for ladies and brief, boxer, shorty and T-shirts for men. The products are mainly sold to Europe, Hongkong and mainland China. COMPANY STRUCTURE • Shenzhen Baike Gament Co.Ltd function as bridge to the world. It mainly focused on the development of mens underwears based on the current fashion trends. It has two factories: • 1. LongFung Garment Factory is located in Dongguan. It mainly deal with bulk production of men&＃039;s and ladies underwears orders. Its monthly production capacity is about 450000 pcs. • 2. Tonghuo Knitwear Co.Ltd is located in Dongguan. It mainly produce knitted fabric in cotton/elastane & cotton/modal/elastane. Its annual output is more than 5000 tons. In addition, it also produce men&＃039;s waistband in both nylon and cotton with annual output more than 10 million metres. R&D DEPARTMENT • We have huge product research and development team. Our designers are extremely sensitive to fashion; they will provide customers with hundreds of reference models according to different styles, different fabric and different workmanship in different season. Of course these are really admired by the guests. PRODUCTION • We have professional modern production equipment, eleven assembly lines with more than 500 sets of sewing machines and computerized cutting machines as well. All of the machines are imported from Germany, Switzerland and Japan. And the machines are upgraded regularly so as to guarantee the product quality and to respect the delivery date. And it will help a lot to create new workmanship if necessary. • We have strict scientific production capacity planning and flexible humanistic production deployment so that we can reduce the raw material and labor waste. Therefore, we can always ensure the good price for the items. TEST EQUIPMENT • We also establish test room and analysis room for all the materials inclusive of AZORES DYES, DISPERSE DYES, APEO/NPEO、FORMALDEHYED、PH VALUE、DIMETHYLFORMAMIDE、CHROMIUM VI and other heavy metals. All of the harmful substances could be detected immediately from raw materials to finished items. Meanwhile, we are strict with each inspection according to the highest standard in different countries so as to guarantee that the products are 100% qualified. CERTIFICATES • We have strict production monitor system and are certificated by CSCC, BSCI. Our QC attaches much importance to each item. They always carry out 100% FRI based on AQL4.0.
