We were established in 1989, as a China-Germany joint venture. Now we have 5 subsidiary companies and factories. They are as follows:
1) Shanghai Hongyunyuan Chemical Co., Ltd., which is specialized in manufacturing titanium dioxide, lithopone, barite, red lead powder, chrome yellow, and other inorganic powders
2) Shanghai Titanos Aluminum Paste Factory, which is specialized in manufacturing high quality aluminum paste
3) Shanghai Wanjiu Powder & Pigment Factory
4) Shanghai Ruiyang Coating Co., Ltd., which is specialized in manufacturing fire retardant coatings for wood structure, steel structure, and jam paint
5) Shanghai Xinhongying Chemical Co., Ltd.

Our total assets exceed USD6,000,000. The annual turnover is about USD26,8000,000. 60% of our products are sold abroad to Europe, America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
