PROCEDURE: (please note that this procedure is only valid for seven days)

1. Buyer and Seller sign SPA and deposit in their banks.
2. Sellers bank swift soft copy of allocation to buyer bank for verification
3. Buyer?s bank swift POF to seller bank for the entire quantity allocated
4. Seller?s bank verifies buyers POF (PROOF OF FUNDS)
5. Seller releases original copy of allocation to buyer for payment at sellers bank.
6. Buyer pay premium to NNPC & Balance to Allottee/Seller, consultants and
Facilitators as per agreed Price in accordance with the SPA.
7. Seller gets allocation reassigned to buyer at NNPC Tower, Abuja.
