After receiving payments in advance the plot will be purchased in our/your name as decided earlier,all documents & mutations will be completed.maps will be developed,got approved from competent authority. estimates shallbe prepared & loan case submitted to the housing finance institution( in deserving cases only-not binding on the company).After completion of all the formalities company shall start construction work and complete as per shedule subject to timely payments by the customer. Company shall handover the house to the customer if he has paid complete amount due only.Company shall charge an interest @ 2% per month on the outstanding payments from its due date to the date of payment.
