Currently, Kaishan Group has 18 subordinate companies with over 4,100 employees. Our company covers an area of over 430,000sqm with the total building complex area of over 230,000sqm and the total assets of the group amounts to over USD1.5 billion.

"Kaishan" trademark, together with its logo, is one of the first companies awarded as "Chinese renowned trademark" in the same field and Kaishan air compressor is among the first exempted products by Chinese Government.

By the year of 2008, the total sales revenue of the group was RMB2.03 billion, with RMB173 million of profit, and USD10.69 million worth of export goods. Kaishan Group has been honored as "Special Quzhou Mayoral Award" for the past consecutive eight years.

Kaishan Group has a sophisticated national-wide retail network supported by the high-quality customer service system. The nine major series of Kaishan products spread from rock drilling unit, screw air compressor to excavator, crawler drill, etc., in 18 categories with over 800 individual products.

By far, Kaishan Group is one of the largest rock drill manufacturers in the world, and one of the largest air compressor manufacturers in China. Our products are shipped to over 20 different nations and regions such as the United States, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Russia, African and Latin American countries.

Kaishan Group owns the best fine processing equipment of over 1,000 units. We have formed the machinery processing system with advanced technology, top-rate equipment and structure integrity.

In 2005, cooperating with Xi'an Jiaotong University Compressor Research Institute and interlinking with the state 863 project, the group successfully developed a high-tech product-screw rotor as the screw air compressor's core part. It marks the end of relying on importing this unit from overseas. The success has made Kaishan Group one of the first large-scale equipment manufacturers which own the intellectual property, core technique and competitive advantage in China in this industry. In 2006, Kaishan Group was awarded with a second-class outstanding technique invention by Chinese government for this technology.

With the success, we are currently trying to list one of our subordinate companies: Zhejiang Kaishan General Machinery Co., Ltd. to share market. Also, we are hoping to develop Kaishan Group into a large-scale and diversified manufacturer with our own patent core technique and core competitiveness. We are striving to rejuvenate our national industry and develop as the pillar of Chinese air compressor industry, yearning for greater contribution to China's harmonious society construction and national equipment manufacturing industry development.
