The predecessor of Qingdao Renmin Printing Co., Ltd.�s is Qingdao Renmin Printing Factory, which was established in 1956 with book printing, cigarette case printing, wine label printing as the main business. In the year 2001, Qingdao Renmin Printing Factory was reformed from the state-owned company to a joint-stock company and changed name to Qingdao Renmin Printing Co., Ltd. In 2003, Qingdao Renmin adjusted the production strategy to produce aseptic packaging materials, which consist of Paper, Aluminium Foil and PE. In 2007, succesfully enter into NASDAQ stock market. In 2010, the second production facility Qingdao Likang Packaging Co., Ltd. broke ground in Chengyang district of Qingdao city, the facility covers an area of 65000sqm, and will start production on June of 2012. Till 2011, the accumulated sale quantity reached 10 billion packs. In 2013 the new factory Qingdao Likang Packaging Co.,Ltd. launched into production and the annual production capacity reaches 8-10 billion packs.
