Colours;
It is possible to make all colours in organic cotton products. Only optical white colour is not possible.
Private Labelling;
We produce by order so our production is made to measure with your own colors, specs, labels, price tag and other accesorries according to your requests.
Print and Embroidery;
It is both possible to print and make embroidery on the garments.
Organic prints needs to be waterbased or ecological transfer prints; printed garments are also certified according to G. O. T. S. (Global Organic Textile Standarts) or SKAL.
Leadtimes and Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) ;
For knitted garments lead time is 7-8 weeks after colour approvals and official P. O.
Our minimums are; 1000 pcs / colour / style for underwear, 500 pcs / color / style for all other items
Certification and Quality Control;
* Our fabric suppliers have IVN or G. O. T. S or SKAL certificate
* Our print house have SKAL certificate
Surely we also produce garments made out of conventional cotton and cotton blends with elasthane; all kind of circuller knited fabric. Our dyehouse have OEKOTEX 100 certificate.
We apply quality control system-AQL 2, 5-on garment's production steps from cutting to packing and we conduct final inspection prior to shipment. We stand behind our quality and promises.
