The International Business Leadership Program (PLEI) is a student organization created and run by students from Tecnológico de Monterrey that organizes Academic-Commercial Missions every summer in three different regions of the World; This with the intention of encouraging the personal and professional development of Mexico?s future leaders, and promoting the international growth and profitability of Mexico?s firms and organizations.  Throughout its 12 years, PLEI has become one of the most important and prestigious student organizations at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
