Permionics Membrane Pvt. Ltd is pioneer in manufacturing of Reverse-Osmosis, Ultra-Filtration, Nano-Filtration Membranes and Technology for the application of Water Treatment, Effluent Recycling, Sewage Recycling and Special Process Applications. Today, Permionics has the most extensive range of membranes to suit any process parameters with having more than one thousand five hundred applications since last thirty years in India, UK, Syria, Jordan, Ethiopia, Kuwait, Vietnam, Pakistan and Dubai etc. EFFLUENT TREAMTNET & RECYCLING. For wastewater treatment & recycling, we have developed special low fouling hydrophilic polyamide membranes, which can take in high COD/BOD loads. We have supplied a number of systems for treating effluents from Textile Dyeing, Biotech & Pharma, PCB manufacturing, Vegetable Oil Manufacturing, Pesticides industries, etc. We have also supplied staged systems enabling higher recoveries of eighty five to ninety percentage of the wastewater. SPECIAL APPLICATION It is significant at this point to mention that we have expertise in different type of Membranes for Chemicals & Bulk drugs, Pharma and Biotechnology industry. We offer membrane based systems for Concentration & clarification, purification/desalting of process streams, recovery of valuable products from mother liquor and aqueous solutions. We have also installed systems specifically for concentration of antibiotics. PILOT PLANT We are also associated with leading research institutes like UDCT, DRDO, NEERI, RRL, IICT, BARL, IIT-Mumbai and Kharagpur & IIMT - Bhuvneshwar, who are using our pilot plant for various researches. -We have developed membrane based Pilot Plant for Research, R&D purposes. We are also conduct pilot plant studies at our R & D Center and client place for various Special Applications. -Permionics design and manufacture membrane based systems for conducting research on RO, UF, NF, ceramic, evaporation, gas separation membranes and its applications.
