Our Products Padmini is known in the automobile field for developing highly technical import substitutes thus making great saving for vehicle manufacturers. We produce high tech products like , EGR valves , Secondary air injection valve We supply 2 way check valve, Vacuum switch and Inlet valve .We manufacture various types of Purge valves/ Vacuum solenoid valves We are the only ones in India to be manufacturing all three variants of fuel tank caps, be it non vented, single vented and double vented. We also specialise in Vacuum actuators.We have bagged export orders from Valeo & V M Motori, STT and few others for various critical hi-tech products. We are providing a complete emission solution kit to the vehicle manufacturers by supplying EGR, Vacuum modulator, Electronic controller for EGR, accelerator pedal sensor, sensors like TPS. RPM, various speed sensors, boost pressure sensor and others. We have recently bagged orders from GMI for MAP & speed sensor. We are supplying speed sensor to Tata, GMI, Fiat India for Palio vehicle and Hero Honda. We have also been awarded the sensor business for the forthcoming Tata Small car. Our Strength Our strength is in developing high tech components from design stage to validation and regular supply. We have all the validation equipment like EMS with capability to generate both â??ve and +ve pulses., Vibration shaker cum environment chamber, thermal shock chambers ranging from -40 to 180deg, CMM, salt spray chamber, spring load testers, profile projector etc With this we are able to conduct 90% of the validation tests in-house. Location We are Havingan 8 acre plot and have constructed a 60000 sq ft covered area fully air-conditioned dust free building.
