Established in 2011, Ningbo FORMED Medical Technology Co., Ltd. Is a young and fast growing company led by a team with many years of experience in medical areas R&D, production, quality management and market research. Over time gathered knowledge and know-how, turned into successful co-operation with famous international companies in addition to many distributions in Europe. FORMED focus on the R&D, manufacture, quality assurance, global sales and marketing as well as customer service, technical support and OEM contract. We has three main business areas: Anesthesia, Gastroenterology and Urology. The products are now sold worldwide. According to quality management system EN ISO 13485, FORMED assures traceability of each link in company management and prdocution, including material resource, components, assemble, process inspection, pack, sterile, in-house and ex-work until final clinical use. Our quality management system is certified according to EN ISO 13485:2000. Our products are also CE approved in accordance with Council Directive 93/42/EEC.
