Nantong Jialong Plastic has its presence in Jiangsu China since 1997. The company is a privately invested Joint Venture between China and Canada. Our company is a reputable manufacturer in providing services of plastic and rubber products, die-casting molds design, and mold making to a wide variety of industrial market sectors including automotive, home appliances, electronic/electrical, and computer. Our major products consist of four series: 1) plastic and rubber, such as auto spare parts (wheel arch, door handle, latch hood). 2) Net, net with metal or plastic frame, such as seat or trunk organizer for automobiles. 3) Environmental small appliances, such as air purifier, ozone generator. 4) Metal stamping parts. Our factory covers 12, 000 square meters located in Economic Development Zone with planning for future expansion. We have more than 10, 000 square meter workshop equipped with technology advanced facilities. We have 16 plastic injection machines with the capacity per mold ranging from 125g to 2000g, and correspondent series machinery. Precision molding center occupies 1000 square meters, supplied with high-tech digital machine tools. Currently, we have well over 100 employees. Our high performance management and engineering team along with well-trained workforce guarantee that we are capable of offering high-levels of quality service at competitive prices and deliver on time. At Jialong Plastic, the quality process starts at the very beginning of each project. We refer to ISO9001 quality standard to fulfill our each inspection step. We have been UL certified since 2003, and applied PPAP standard for production. Our quality control system is profound to meet customers’ distinctive demands. Our products have been exported to customers in Europe, North America and South-east Asia including some world top companies, such as BMW, Volkswagen, GM, LG and Panasonic.
