Koncentric, is a Pune based company. A new entrant, Koncentric has set up a brand new, contemporary manufacturing facility for forged products at Jejuri MIDC, near Pune. Koncentric is now ready to offer a wide range of forged products.
The Koncentric manufacturing facility is the result of a good deal of spade work on the part of the Team Koncentric. This spade work revolved around technology, Good Manufacturing Practices [GMP] and Standard Manufacturing Processes [SMP], but, more particularly, the end users? concerns for quality, consistency and reliability. Our prelaunch interaction with quite a few customers familiarized us with customer preferences and eventually shaped our equipment configuration and process layouts. We believe the Koncentric manufacturing facility at Jejuri would effectively address the customer concerns on precision in metal forming for all applications.

Metal forming companies are invariably faced with two process options, namely Hammer Forging and Press Forging. Hammer Forging, though conventional and more popular option that affords quicker turnaround, has limitations in managing precision, quality and metallurgical properties in metals.  Press Forging, on the other hand, is a universally accepted modern process that ensures precision and uniformity without compromising metallurgical properties of the metals. A 1,000 Ton Hydraulic Press that is part of our technical infrastructure manifests our commitment to quality, consistency and reliability.        

Now, a word about the Koncentric Team. The Koncentric Team consists of members who are professionally qualified and, collectively, has about 50 man years of experience in the forging industry. This experience covers production, maintenance, quality management systems and, of course CRM.
