We, Komax Automation India Pvt Ltd, take this opportunity to introduce our self to your esteemed organization, as the largest supplier of wire processing machines in India, used in wire harness industry of Automobile, White-Goods & Electronic Industry.
INTRODUCTION:
Komax, the world leader and the largest manufacturer of Wire Processing machines, offer machines ranging from simple wire cutting machines to fully automatic wire cutting, stripping & crimping machines. Komax has always been leading in providing Innovative Wire Processing Solutions for the ever changing & challenging applications of the Wire Harness Industry, since its inception 3 decades back. We are glad to mention that almost all the major Wire Harness Manufacturers in India are part of this Komax family. We have a strong customer base of around 250 customers with more than 500 machines, build over a period of two decades.
For the last more than 20 years, Komax Switzerland and Bergen Systems have been working together in India, selling and supporting the wire processing machines to the wire harness industry for automotive, white-goods and electronic industry of India. With the growth in business and the installed base of machines going up, in our endeavor to support our customers better, Komax decided to start their own set-up in India and established the new Company, Komax Automation India Pvt. Ltd. in India, with effect from JULY 01, 2008.
Like in the past, under Bergen Systems Pvt. Ltd., we are operating from three locations - Gurgaon, Bangalore and Pune. Of course, the sales and customer support team of Bergen Systems has moved to Komax as well. Also, we continue to sell and support the set of WIRE PROCESSING SYSTEMS, as a complete solution on behalf of the following companies, under Komax India:

- Mecal Srl, Italy
- Schunk Sonosystems GmbH, Germany
- Ondal Tape Processing GmbH, Germany
- Z + F GmbH, Germany
- Adaptronic GmbH, Germany

ABOUT OUR SERVICE SUPPORT:
At Komax India, we have a separate wing fully dedicated to provide After Sales Support together with Process and Application support. We have a team of Engineers trained at the manufacturing facilities abroad, providing prompt support to our customers from 3 different locations in India. We maintain a huge inventory of spare parts to support machines of our customers.
We also have a demo cum training center located at our head office in Gurgaon.
