The company is a joints venture between Shandong chenming paper holdings Ltd,Sappi Ltd of South Africa, Shinmoorim paper and international finance corporation (IFC). the light coated paper line with capacity to produce 0.4 million tons of lwc per year is invested with USD 0.487 billion. the facilities are purchased from Metso of Finland, Andritz of Austria.
