Regarding our product profile, we are making our product in CCROD only (99.90% pure electrolytic grade of copper) with the standard quality raw materials ensuring the premium quality of our products.
As the name suggests submersible motors are made to function under water or liquid fluid and the winding wires used in them accordingly require high quality insulation which is completely impervious to liquids of any kind.

They have proven their durability and reliability over the years and ensure trouble free operation and longer motor line. We are strictly committed towards the quality of our products. We follow a standard process at each stage of our production which helps in providing and maintaining the desire quality for our products.

INFRASTRUCTURE

LEADLINE submersible winding wires are manufactured in our state of art facility situated in Delhi, India. Our machines are well equipped with the latest technology. Each of our raw materials goes through a rigorous quality check process before being used in our production. We have got an excellent team of professionals belonging to different business verticals which takes care of our customer requirements, results in providing a total QUALITY product to our customers.

Conductor

LEADLINE submersible winding wires is manufactured from 99.90% pure electrolytic grade of copper. It is drawn and annealed in fully automatic online plant in our own factory premises. For extra softness the conductor is annealed to our high standards. We conduct following three test on conductor :
Spring back test
Elongation test
Conductor resistance test (200 Celcius)

The main cause of pump failure is use of inferior grade of poly & propylene films / tapes. Leadline wires are insulated with poly & propylene tapes of superior quality, which has higher insulation resistance even at boiling point of water. We also conduct test on poly films manufactured by ISO Certified companies in our own laboratory to ensure the quality of tapes. We conduct following test on poly & propylene tapes.

Three layers of poly & propylene tapes cover the Copper Conductor. First layer is of polyester and other two are WHC & THC. These two are heat seal tapes. As the size of conductor increases we give more strength to the wire by increasing layers of the tape.

Multilayered Polyester and Polypropylene Films Wrapped Winding Wires

Poly wrapped winding wires are insulated with high quality polyester and bi axially oriented polypropylene films. The conductor is covered uniformly by these films with the latest machinery. These wires have excellent electrical, mechanical, thermal and chemical properties and are manufactured as per IS standards.
