We produce High-frequency electric welding coagulators of soft live tissues.
High-frequency electrosurgery has found a fairly wide application in medicine for dissecting tissues and arresting or preventing bleeding in cutting of tissues and vessels.
Experiments on application of high-frequency electric welding equipment in surgery to join damaged soft live tissues were initiated by Prof. B.E.Paton in 1993. Associates of the E.O.Paton Electric Welding Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, in collaboration with surgeons of the Institute of Clinical and Experimental Surgery of the Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, conducted the first experiments on animal tissues that proved the feasibility of producing such joints. The systematic studies in this area were launched in 1996. Consortium Service Management Group, Inc. (CSMG), Corpus Christi, Texas, headed by Mr. D. Robbins, was involved in solving this problem via the International Association Welding.
