In furtherance of its plan to set up chain of hotels beginning has been made by acquiring a Heritage hotel " Hotel de Paris" in Varanasi which is one of the first few established in the country about 100 years ago.

Plans are afoot to put up a resort at a site of 8 acres of land at Sriperumurdur where former Indian Prime Minister, Late Rajiv Gandhi, on assassination breathed his last.

Group is also engaged in Granite Stone Mining operations, a premier product for export to Japan. In recent past, a modern Granite cutting & polishing plant in South India near Madras has been taken over.
