Quantitie:Respect our Maximum and Minimum capacities of delivery as stated on product sheet up above.  Inspection: SGS, CCIC or Similar at the expense of the seller.
Payment: Irrevocable SBLC MT760, DLC, 100% Payment at sight, after CIAQ.inspection. Procedures:
1. Buyer sends ICPO to seller 2. Seller sends FCO and Draft Contract to buyer
3. Buyer and Seller signs NCNDA and IMFPA 4. Upon acceptance of draft contract, Buyer and Seller execute the contract
5. Seller registered and Notarize Contract from Ministry and buyer pay for change of ownership. 6. Seller transports the goods to loading port. 7. Seller contact shipping company. 8. Buyer Visit seller for inspection of goods, and review of seller past records. 9. Seller issued 2%PB to Buyer?s Bank. And full set of current POP. And legitimate approved from Ministry to buyer?s bank.
10. Buyer?s bank issue 100%DLC non-transfer, SBLC or MT103/23 for each cargo shipment of monthly delivery activated 2%PB. 11. Shipment commence as per contract. 12. Buyer releases payment to the Seller, after inspection of CIQ in buyer discharge port. 13. Seller paid all Brokers/Agents same time out-turn shipment delivery per slot via SWIFT fund transfer within five (05) banking days after discharge of cargo and receipt of all the relevant shipping documents.
