S. I. L. O. S. R. L. Was established in 1950 by mr. P. Cantini.In 1975 we have the first relevant development of the activity with the costruction of an acid oil distillation plant to obtain pure distilled fatty acids from vegetal and/or animal source, i. E.: Olive oil, soyabean oil, cocunut oil sunflower seeds oil, tallow etc. Etc.From 1983 up to 1985 we have the planning and the costruction of liposal(dry fat) manufacturing plant which represent one of the most advanced technology for zootechnical sector.This plant is able to manufacture calcium salts of fatty acids with a predefined fatty acids composition; this means that liposal line products(oil powders) have different composition accordino to different animal needs.In liposal line products we have special products for poultry, monogastric animals and ruminant.Besides calcium salts of fatty acids through the spray dryer technology, we are able to manufacture by-pass coated amino acids(linea c by) using a special lipidic matrix which ensures an exceptional ruminal by-pass and a complete release of amino acids once they have by-passed the rumen.In 1994 s. I. L. O. S. R. L. Has built a new plant to coat vegetal proteins(profile line) from ruminal bacteria using the same lipidic matrix used to coat amino acids.The s. I. L. O. S plant extends for 30.000 m2 of which 15.000 m2 covered.S. I. L. O. S products are present in all european community countries, middle east countries, asia.
