Sunman Group is one of the pioneer in Garments Business in Bangladesh. Having 36 factories out of which 2 are in abroad (at Cambodia and Madagascar). Total 195 production lines with capacity of 297,500 dz per month in different product categories. Our annual export was very closed to 165 millions in 2014. This year we expect to reach to 200 millions.Factories are equipped with modern machine and augmented with latest attachments. Our total number of machines in the Group are around 16,432 which are increasing with the increase of business volumes. Considering the importance of backward linkage in Garment Sector we have developed our own Textile sector also, where we have got facilities of spinning, weaving, knitting, dyeing, printing & finishing of different types, contents and constructions of good quality fabric. Textiles still developing and we are setting it with modern machine to compete with world standards.Sunman Group has got the facilities of producing sewing and packing materials of its own to support sewing and finishing as followsEmbroidery 1 Embroidery Machines having 354 heads with a monthly capacity of 77,700 Dzs.2. Screen PrintingUSA made M&R Screen Printing Machines with 10 Heads and 6 Color & also flat bed table printing to facilitate the production of 500,000 pcs/month. 3. Sample RoomWe have got the facilities of our independent sample room beside that we have sample making units in each factories/zone. 4. CAD SectionFor prompt calculation of consumption of fabric and to get best possible marker layout we have both GERBER and INVESTRONICA system in our factories. We are also using computer maker for our production facilities which is continuously supplying by CAD section.5. WashingWe have our own Washing plant with 57 Drums and 75 Dryers, including 10 sample drums. Monthly capacity of 19,55,000 pcs in all types of wash (Garment wash, Bleach wash, Enzyme wash,A3 wash, Stone wash,. Power Rinse etc). Still we are adding some machines which will be completed with in this year.6. Hand ScrapingThe hand scraping facility with a current capacity of 200,000 pcs / Month. 7. GrindingMonthly capacity 250,000 pcs with 60 machines.8. Garment DyeingWe have the facility to do garment dyeing with florescent color with the capacity of 85,000 pcs/month.
