We supply high quality large wild Live freshwater Eelsourced from Tasmania, Australia. Two main specied Anguilla australis and Anguilla reinhardtii. Packed live to most destinations. Our fishing season is from late September to May so we are in the off season at the moment. Our minimum order quantity is usually 150Kg but we are happy to do less for new customer to trial the product. We are also happy to send sample box for you to try. All of our eels are shipped live in polystyrene boxes. Inside the box is a 1Kg ice pad, and a heavy duty plastic bag with the eels (usually around 13Kg net) The bag is filled with pure oxygen. The gross weight of the carton is about 15.5Kg.
We have two types of wild freshwater eel as follows: -
?Anguilla australis,  Short fin freshwater eel. size grades are 500g-699g, 700g-999g, 1,000g+?
Anguilla reinhardtii, Long fin freshwater eel. Size grade is 3Kg+. We ship all sizes over 3Kg so sometimes eels will weigh over 10Kg. largest Eel shipped last season was 14Kg. The season for this species is the same but we do not make them available all the time. If you want this product the volume and price  needs to be agreed in advance and we will fish for your orders. They are usually also available for Chinese new year and for other special holidays and festive events.
