Pengsheng Group was established with registered capital of eighty millions in 1997 by President Mr. Zhang Zhipeng, which is located in Zhengzhou city, capital of Henan province. Since established, we have been following the operation policy of diligence and integrity, and now Pengsheng Group owns and controls 11 factories, 8 subsidiary companies. Based on our strength, we manufacture and export wires, cables, garden machinery, agricultural machinery, construction machinery, ATV, Dirt bike and Pocket bike to many countries in the world, such as Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Cyrus, Turkey, Australia, India, Sri Lanka, Peru, etc. In 2002, we established Pengsheng Group (Nigeria) Investment Co., Ltd in Lagos to distribute our products in Nigeria and other Africa countries. In 2003, we bought Maozhuang vegetable planting base and wholesale market from local government, which is the biggest food production and exportation company of central China and is supervised directly by Ministry of Agriculture. In 2006, we established Pengsheng Group (Shanghai) Overseas Business Operation Branch. In 2007, we established Pengsheng (Hong Kong) Holding Group Co., Ltd. Although we have gained some success in the past and nowadays, we never feel satisfied with the result, we must continue to do our utmost to strive for a bright future in the coming days.
