We take this privilege to introduce ourselves 'Govind Rubber Limited' (GRL) as one of the largest manufacturers of Bicycle and Rickshaw Tyres & Tubes in India.
GRL is a part of large sized, well diversified industrial group called 'SIYARAM PODDAR GROUP' (SPG) . The group is engaged in manufacturing of diverse products like Auto and Bicycle Tyres and Tubes, Textiles, Readymade Garments and Paper, having turnover of USD 500 Million with market capitalisation of USD 600 Million.
GRL was established in the year 1964. By setting the standards for producing excellent quality products and through Total Customer Satisfaction, today we have grown multi-fold with an installed capacity to produce 36 Million Bicycle Tyres and Tubes per annum by our work force of 3500 employees in our 4 manufacturing units working throughout 365 Days of the Year and 24 hours of the day.
We produce the widest Range of Tyres from 12 to 28 inch sizes with suitable tread patterns and constructions for all type of bicycles including the new generation MTB, ATB and City Cross Bicycles etc. The development of new sizes, profiles and special types of Tyres is an ongoing in-house activity in consonance with our worthy buyers.
We have a closely knitted sales network of 49 Branch Offices spread across the country for catering to our 6400 worthy dealers from our production facilities in Northern India. Globally, we have our presence in 40 Countries spread across all the continents including European Original Equipment Manufacturers.
Our phenomenal Export Performance has been recognized by 'Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India' by according us the privileged status of 'STAR EXPORT HOUSE' supplemented by numerous Export Promotion Awards time to time.
We are certified by Underwrite's Laboratories Inc. U. S. A. for our Quality Systems compliance with ISO 9001: 2000 standards. Our Research and Development department has its own fully equipped laboratories at all of our manufacturing units, where our team of highly qualified technicians perform stringent quality tests right from the ingredients for compound formation up to curing of the final products for each batch.
