We GOLD MARK INLERNATIONAL AGENCIES   a  MANDATE to (TEGMIC NIGERIA LIMITED)  which is a to the MINISTRY OF ENERGY AND GAS (RUSIAN FEDERATION) and also of a Russian Refinery name GASBROGNE .The MANDATE was issued  on the said ALLOCATION sometime in SEPTEMBER 2008. The allocation for A.G.O, LPG,LNG,JP54 AND MAZUT100 which is to be supply  according to the volume you need perMetric tons per month.
