GMC is a pure Egyptian company established in the early 80's and has made a remarkable boost in the field of House Hold Appliances. It has been founded by Mr. Mohamed Genedy who worked hard and confronted many difficulties to make his dream comes true. 1980 GMC for Engineering and Feeding Industries was established.
1985 to 1987 GMC started assembling ARISTON Gas Cookers, Electric Water Heaters, washing Machines, Dish Washers and small appliances of Grimy and G3 Ferrari.
1989 to 1992 GMC introduced its first Washing Machine designed and created its own technical Know How
1993 to 1994 Quality Control criteria for ISO 9001 certificate were implemented. GMC was awarded ISO 9001 certificate.
1995 to 1997 Robots for automatic testing of full automatic Washing Machines were used.
1998 to 1999 The intelligent Electric Water Heater was designed by our R&D together with Design Department. GMC was awarded by Environment Management System ISO 14001.
2005 to 2006 GMC invented a new concept for Washing Machines GMATIC, with the new concept of using normal and automatic detergents. Now no need to buy a semi automatic washing machine as you can buy a fully automatic washing machine with the same price. The Washer and Dryer built inn washing machine was introduced.
2005 to 2006 Plastic Factory begins to work for producing most parts of plastics necessary for GMC products. GMC introduced new model of Washing Machines named MG.
