Payment : Irrevocable Confirmed 100%  Non transferable/Transferable  L/C at sight

Shipment  : Shipment within  15 days after receipt buyers L/C

PB :       2% PB to be provided by   Seller obviously.

Commission : Min 2% commission to be allowed for us as we are acting as an  Agent.
