In our firm is beginning its activities by manufacturing silk and fantasy fabric in textile sector, Dying factory is making production in 11.000 m2 area and 5500 m2 closed area. Howewer our weaving factory is making product in 4000 m2 closed area since 1962.

In our weaving factory that is known Ner Tekstil San. Tic. Ltd. &＃350;ti, have 38 number of Somet and Vamateks weaving machines. Especially suit and trousers?(pants) fabrics and nylon, silk, pes, cotton, pes-cotton, pes-viscose and various fantasy fabrics are being manufactured with these machines and a team of  30 persons. The capacity of it is 250.000 mtrs per month.

In our dying factory that is known Ersen Tekstil San. Tic. Ltd. &＃350;ti, the process of plain dying at a capacity of 30 tons per day  is maked with the numbers of 10 horizontol( pipo), 4 MCS, 6 Drum, 2 HT  dying machines and  4 Finishing machines. These activities are maked the team of 105 persons.

The products which Ersen group manufactured are exported %40 of  production to especially Romania, Poland, Ukraine, Russian, Morocco, Azerbaijan, Kirgizia.
