Dongguan Yuandeng Plastic& Hardware Moulds Factory is a professional manufacturer in manufacturing plastic hardware products and molds. We own dozens of high precision lathes with all kinds of technology and a full set of inspection equipment including high precision projector, Rockwell hardness tester, Vickers hardware tester, concentricity scale and so on.
We have several experienced engineers of R&D and design and dozens of technicians with expertise in manufacturing plastic injection mold, plastic & metal over-mold parts, stamping parts and precision machined parts.
We adopt high quality materials imported abroad like WC, SKD11, SKD61, SKH51, SKH55, SKH5 and use software systems such as CAD, UG and PRO/E. Solid works are applied to the engineering design, greatly helping optimize the mold designing. Additionally, with high precise CNC, CNC EDM and other advanced machines from Taiwan and Japan, perfect inspection methods and scientific management, we provide our customers with high quality molds and high efficient services!
