DOLLEX INDUSTIRES LIMITED was incorporated under The Companies Act, 1956 vide registration no. 11- 80560 dated 12th October, 1994 in the state of Maharashtra.  It is a listed company on Bombay Stock Exchange. The Public Issue came in 1996.


The main objects of the company are  as under :

To carry on business as Manufacturers, Producers, Processors, Refiners Bottles, Sellers, Buyers, Dealers, agents, Importers and Exporters of Potable & Industrial Alchol, Beer, Wine, Molasses, Whiskies and Liquors of every description and their by-products, derivative and residues.
