We have many mfg processes such as: die casting, hot forging, sheet metal stamping, powder metal sintering and/or CNC machining, plus plastic injection molding. UL listed molding compound. - brush assembly, brush holder and brush card. - ceramic magnet. - housing, made from seamless steel pipe, with zinc plate (RoHS compliance). - end cover: by die casting in aluminum alloy or zinc alloy, plus precision CNC machining if necessary. Various kinds of surface finishes are available upon request. - BLDC stators: mainly for NEMA 23, NEMA 34 and NEMA 42 BLDC, UL listed. - other value-added sub-assemblies or assemblies.
