Company Introduction

MANDATE Canada-Pakistan Chamber of Commerce (CPCoC) has been established to promote commercial ties between Canada and Pakistan. CPCoC is a forum to identify trade opportunities and enable investment flow between Canada and Pakistan. CPCoC also serves as a networking platform, for private and public sectors in both countries, which brings together stakeholders and business leaders. The organization is focused on fostering a holistic approach which will not only focus on boosting economic ties between Canada and Pakistan but will also work on creating an enabling environment through close co-ordination with the government in Pakistan and the private sector in both countries. The Key priorities for CPCoC includes the following: - To establish CPCoC as the key forum for business communities in Canada and Pakistan to identify investment and trade opportunities in either countries - To work closely with the governments of Canada and Pakistan to adopt policies which facilitates the flow of investment and goods between Canada and Pakistan - Provide an effective communication channel to identify constraints, work closely with public/private sectors to eliminate barriers to entry and strength economics From an investment perspective, the organization will initially focus on four sectors, which are Agriculture, Energy, IT and Mining; gradually expand its focus to other sectors of unilateral interest.
