By the Water Shellfish has been processing premium hard shell lobster from the cold waters of the Atlantic for over ten years.  Our commitment to quality, industry know how and state of the art processing facility allow us to provide various grades of lobster year round at exceptional quality.  

We are located on the shores of the Gulf of St. Lawrence in the shadow on the Confederation Bridge, connecting Prince Edward Island to New Brunswick.  After several expansions our facility has a capacity of 500,000 lbs, is CCSF or HACCP approved and can process any sized order based on our customers demand.
