ATOMETAL
Atometal is a multi-component product composed of ceramic and metallic powder in a polymeric binder, which provides
strong and reliable resistance against most types of corrosion. Atometal is produced under the Quality / Environmental
Control Management System in compliance with the requirement of ISO 9001 & 14001. As well, atometal is designed to build
up a non-thermosetting ceramic coating on the surface of the material to effectively block most types of corrosion promoting
factors.
AM-A
-Ceramic-metallic Rebuilding Grades.
-For repairing, strengthening and reconditioning of welded part of steels and damaged areas, worn-out steel surface of
ships, equipments, machineries, structures, pipes, tanks, etc.
AM-C
-Ceramic-metallic Corrosion Resistant Coating Grades.

REPAIRING MATERIAL
Mixed with a high-adhesive forming material, a high-pure ceramic, a high-intensity metal and polymer,
AM-A has a highly durable property after hardening naturally. With the same level of welding, it is a new
repairing material replacing the conventional welding method.

Coating Material

areas exposed to the effects of corrosion and erosion.
