Vendor sourcing based on product: Timely factory audit done by asibd compliance auditor. If necessary mandatory factory auditor will be engaged like SGS, ITS etc.
Development, costing & delivery forecast :
1.      Find out the lower labor cost is our main target.

2.      QA team will take the quality responsibility from the stage of development to finished product. Vendors have to take IC based on asibd final inspection.

3.      Merchandise will follow up the whole order, from the development, costing, procurement, Lab-Test, daily production, delivery schedule, shipment advice, export documentations etc. in a routine base TNA reporting to the clients.  

Raw material sourcing: Merchandise will take over the responsibility, to get the right quality raw materials with required Lab-Test. Lowest lead time for Overseas & locally sourcing.
