AOM is a non-profit corporation working under the Laws of Hawaii and the US of A. It is governed by a Constitution which describes the organization and governance of the Assembly. Management of the Assembly's affairs is vested in a Council, which is comprised of the Assembly's Director and counsel.  The day-to-day work of the Assembly is carried out by a staff.

Directive

AOM is the directing and coordinating authority for "THE ERADICATION OF HUMAN SUFFERING" within the AOM System. AOM is responsible for providing leadership on domestic, & International matters. AOM also helps shape the agenda, sets norms and standards, and articulates evidence-based policy options for the year. AOM Publishing & Production does business as BHood Entertainment.

In the 21st century, food clothing, shelter, & the improvement upon educational systems along with the dissemination of relative correctly reported news and information will become a shared responsibility. Equitable access to these essentials elements will prove important.
