We are manufacturing exporters of 100 PERCENT cotton rag rugs made out of cutting waste collected from knitted garment Factory.We have very good skilled craftsmans of great weavers who weave these wonderful rag rugs.And we humbly say that our company is well equipped in all the ways with good systems of operation and quality management making us to lead to the largest exporter from Bavani.1.Having more than 750 looms which facilitate a very big potential.2.Having more than 50 weaving centers covering 5 Districts.3.Experienced and Trained Supervisors to look after the production.4.Having 50 tempo Vans to transport raw materials and finished products.5.Good Capacity to make shipments in time.6.Main aim is to employ poor village people, particularly women.DYEING AND WEAVING We have a well equipped dyeing unit with a production capacity of four matric tone hank yarn and cotton waste per day . after dyeing , the yarn and cotton waste colour is matched by tacking out swatchs in a table loom and matched under light box to achieve proper colour combination .The yarn and cotton waste is passed on to major weavers cooperatives for weaving . Thses weavers cooperatives are establised and run by the weavers them self . each unit has 80 to 100 looms under one roof. This method of production provides us much better control and achieves the quality requirment our customers . we have 750 looms currently under our direct control .Our newly started dyeing factory is equipped with modern dying equipment including Five cabinet dyeing machine of various sizes . Roller dyeing machine.The traditional VAT , and also automatic drying chamber for inhouse drying of yarn and cotton waste in any weather condition.TESTING Our dyeing factory equipped with most modern equipment including colour spectro photo meter for maintaining the colour continuity and recipe prediction. Finishing unit We have a well equipped finishing and packaging unit .QUALITY CONTROLQuality control and quality maintenance is the main cause of our rapid progress in the export business.We are very particular and keen on the following stages : Right quality of Yarn Quality Dyes and Chemicals Quality of finished products Quality of finishing (clipping and mending) Quality of packing materials We have deputed efficient quality control staff at all points.
