he company was founded by Mr Patrick Radebe who has 15 years of experience in property

development. Patrick has a B.A. Law; llb in criminal law, Private Law. Patrick is well respected in the

political arena of South Africa and United Arab Emirates.

Patrick is an astute businessman and former MK Soldier who has been at the forefront of the struggle

against apartheid. Since our liberation, Radebe has ventured into the property industry buying as well

as developing both residential and commercial hubs for the past 15 years. Radebe has further been

at the forefront of both national and provincial projects and is well respected for both his acumen and

professionalism at service delivery with particular emphasis on black empowerment.

He is a director of other companies and NGO that are focused on other community related projects as

well.


Patrick Radebe is the President of World Oil Resources which was formed in 2005 and is a privately

owned company. For the last eight years, we have done a considerable amount of work for countries such

as USA, Holland, UK, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Europe, France and China.


In Africa we have worked with countries like South Africa, DRC, Mozambique, Botswana,

Namibia, Swaziland, Zimbabwe, Uganda and Angola.
