Yvyra Guazu is established on the Lago Rey Concession Surface area: 120.000 HectaresLocation: North Eastern side of the Santa Cruz Department, 100Km away from the Brazilian Border. The concession gives Yvyraguazu the right to harvest up to 3.000 Hectares of forest each year. Each area has close to 27.000 m3 of the 5 hardwood species comercialized by Yvyraguazu. Its Yearly potential, considering other species, reaches 49.000 m3This concession has been issued on 1996 under Bolivian Forestry Law for 50 renewable years. Curently Yvyraguazu is one of 12 concessions which still has this right given its correct handling of the forest. It was certified by Rainforest Alliance on May 6th 2014 with the FSC Custody Chain Certification. It has also beg un audits to obtain the FSC Forestry Management Certification.Yvyraguazu needs an international partner to either secure international markets, acquire major participation or acquire the company. We have two financial institutions as partners, one is from Netherlands and one from Bolivia.All permits and legal documents are in perfect order as well as taxes. We have audited reports given that we are a PLC.Forest concession has offices, lumber and timber warehouses, sleeping quarters for up to 100 employees, airplane landing strip.Road access is secured 9 months in the year. The other three months harvest is not possible given the rainy season.
