We have many automatic plastic machine to make plastic packaging, such as aucmatic extrusion blowing machine, injection stretch blowing machine, injection, and vacuum forming machine, compression moulding.
For many years, Our factory have rich experience and knowledge in pharmaceutical/drug/medical packaging, our medicine bottle including: oral liquid medicine bottle, oral tablet/capsule medicine bottle, health care products bottle, amber syrup bottle, dropper bottle, vaginal applicator, plastic syringe, children resistant cap, pharmaceutical cap, and so on.
Specially, we have metal pressing machine, we can make some metal accessories to fit the plastic bottle or plastic cap, we are good at composite plastic and metal packaging, such as composite plastic and metal cap, we can combine two materials in one item perfectly, we have rich experience in combining plastic and metal component.
Though our factory don't obtain GMP or ISO certificate at present, our producing workflow are strictly according to the ISO ISO9001-2000 system, and we employ professional QC personnel to ensure product quality. Most of the raw materials we purchase can passed FDA Regulation by SGS testing, we always insist quality is first, quality is life of a factory
