It is a public company established in 1996 with over 134,000 shareholders. The company has its head office in Aden with branches in Sanaa, Hodeidah and Al Shr ( Hadramaut Governorate ). The company&＃39;s has its own fish processing plant in Aden where it processes and freezes various kinds of fish and fish products in accordance with HACCP standards.It also has joint venture fishing projects with international fishing companies which are presently operating 10 commercial fishing vessels in the Arabian Sea and the Red Sea waters of Yemen. The company also has dry fish processing facilities in Hodeidah and Ras Al Ara. The company exports its products to Europe, Africa and Asia.
