Our company is an Offshore Company situated in Nicosia, Cyprus. The President of the Company is Mr Robert Stabouli. The Stambouli venture begun in 1965 in Lebanon Prior to and during the civil war (1974) the company was operating 3 vessels under the names: the Donna Pila, l&＃39;Espace and the Syriani. In 1975 it expanded into Europe, America, Afirca (South Africa where the co obtained an exclussive import permission for leisure equipment) , with corporate names such as PostShop (Lebanon, Russia) . Main business operations: mail-osder, marketing products manufactured under its brand names (ViaTonic) while in the USA, it developed a line into the surplus and liquidation stocks (ViaTrading Corporation-LA) . Other business activities include Impor / Export of its own products / merchandises, distribution and delivery of goods at the minimum cost. The Stambouli Enterprises (Cyprus) Ltd, was established in Cyprus in 1984 but ever since it oriented its efforts mainly in Europe and the Eastern Countries (Bulgaria, Yuogoslavia, Russia) . Due to its diversion strategy, two more Offshore companies were incorporated in Cyprus: Countertrade (Cyprus) Ltd and Cami (or, Stambouli & Bitton) Development Ltd, yet its purchasing management is controlled and directed from Stambouli Enterprises (Cyprus) Ltd.
