Soft & Touch is a professional touchscreen manufacturer established
in 1999 with equity capital of $ 1 million. The company manufactures the superior
touchscreen products, which are based on the two years experience in processing
and the technology developed at the Korea Electronics Technology Institute.

Soft & Touch participated in the IMT-2000 consortium in March
  2000 so that our products can be adapted for the next generation of cellular
  phones, where there is high growth potential. In addition, we established the
  R&D center for developing the higher quality of touchscreens. Through this
  R&D center, we can obtain core competitiveness and provide total solutions
  to meet customer's needs.

Also, in order to obtain QS-9000, we are in the process of standardizing all
  products, which reflect our priority to quality.

In order to make our superior products known worldwide, we have a schedule
  to select the foreign agent by the end of this year. Target areas for business
  are far East Asia, USA and Europe.
