At the core of such vast changes, SMEs are standing tall in their own right. SMEs are the driving force of the nation&＃39;s economic development and it is SBC&＃39;s proud mission to be their partner in opening the future. Since its establishment as a non-profit government agency in 1979, SBC has been committed to fostering and promoting small and medium sized businesses as foremost economic players, both domestically and internationally. To promote the vitality, prosperity and flexibility of SMEs, SBC provides substantial and continuous supportin areas such as financial assistance, technical consulting,training, and international industrial and technological cooperation.
