Comparing to the Sansuyu from other areas, Gurye Sansuyu is of superior quality containing a great quantity of inorganic components such as potassium, calcium and zinc. Also, it has a unique acerbic taste which is contained in apple.
Especially, it is known to be containing special ingredients including coronene stimulating parasympathetic nerve as well as saponin, which make it loved by many people who desire to be healthy.
